AGB

Ein Rücktritt aus dringenden Gründen ist bis zu drei Tagen vor Kursbegin unter Einhaltung einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10% der Kurspreises möglich. Später, insbesondere nach Beginn des Kurses, kann eine gelöste Kurskarte nicht mehr zurückgenommen werden, weil die Skilehrer und der Busunternehmer bereits für die gesamte Kursdauer verpflichtet sind. Ein Anspruch auf Nachholung oder Erstattung versäumter Kurstage besteht nicht.

Der Teilnehmer ist selbst verantwortlich sich über evt. Änderungen zu Informieren. Müssen ausgeschriebene Kurse durch uns abgesagt werden (z. B. wegen unwirtschaftlicher Teilnehmerzahl, Schneemangel oder aus organisatorischen Gründen), so werden bereits einbezahlte Kursgebühren zurückerstattet. Weitere Ansprüche bestehen nicht.

Die Beteiligung am Skikurs und an den sonstigen Veranstaltungen erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr, allerdings mit der Maßnahme, daß bei einem schuldhaften Verhalten des Aufsichtspersonals der Schneesportschule Schauinsland im Rahmen der von der Schneesportschule Schauinsland abgeschlossenen Haftpflichtversicherung eine Entschädigung geleistet wird.

Eltern, deren Kinder sich in einem Kurs befinden, sind nicht der Aufsichtspflicht enthoben.

Wir haften jedoch nicht bei Entfernen von der Kursgruppe, bei angekündigter Mitnahme der Kinder durch die Eltern, bei Verlust, Diebstahl, Beschädigungen, Verspätungen oder sonstigen Unregelmäßigkeiten, auch nicht für durch das Wetter verursachte Einschränkungen des Kursbetriebes am Ort der Schneesportschule. Eltern müssen für die gesamte Kursdauer erreichbar sein (telefonisch bzw. vor Ort).

Sollten Teile dieser AGB ungültig oder nicht rechtens sein, bleiben alle anderen Teile gültig.
